Bear Metal returns as division finalists from FIRST Robotics World Championship
This past weekend, the Tahoma Robotics Club competed with over 600 teams from 20+ countries in the FIRST Robotics World Championship in St. Louis. After three rough days of ups and downs through the qualification matches, Bear Metal (FRC 2046) was a drafted by the 3rd alliance captain in the Curie division. Our alliance consisted of our friends, Cedar Park Robotics from Bothel, WA (FRC 3663) and Team MisCar from Northern Israel (FRC 1574). With our alliance, we battled through the Quarter-finals and Semi-finals to end up as Finalists in our Division. This is Tahoma’s best performance at the championship event in their 9 year history.
Please congratulate member of the robotics team for their hard work and success.
