Grad Ads for Class of 2015

October 15, 2014 Leave a comment Go to comments

PrintAs the 2014-2015 school year begins, the senior class is officially on its way towards graduation!

A traditional way to preserve the memories of a students’ senior year is to purchase Senior Grad Ads to be published in the 2015 edition of Ki Ah Yu. Senior Grad Ads are a great way for parents and family to publish a memorable photo along with a message of up to 300 words in your child’s final high school yearbook.

The yearbook staff will only be accepting ad submissions via email. Please email your ad to Cavin Eggleston at cegglest@tahomasd.us , subject Grad Ad and your child’s name. Be sure to include all photos and messages as attachments in your email. No ads requiring message transcription or photo scanning by the staff will be accepted. Any ads submitted via hardcopy will be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about the digital submission process, please email Mr. Eggleston.

Parents, along with grandparents, friends and relatives, can take advantage of this opportunity by completing the Grad Ad purchase form (corrected 10/27) also available from Cavin Eggleston and the cashier’s office. The form, along with a check made out to Tahoma High School, should be returned to Mr. Eggleston’s mailbox by January 9, 2015. Late ads may not be accepted. In recent years, space has run out quickly.

Also, make sure to mark your calendars for Grad Ad Preview Night! February 4th and 11th the yearbook staff will be available from 6-8pm to allow parents to view their ad as it will appear in the yearbook. This is your opportunity to proof your ad and work with a staff member to make any necessary changes to your message or photo.

If you have questions, or would like an electronic copy of the purchase form, please contact Cavin Eggleston, Yearbook Adviser, at cegglest@tahomasd.us .

Sincerely,
2015 Yearbook Senior Editors
