The header says Picture Days are Sept 12 & 13, but the form says Aug 22 & 23…which is correct??

The first round of pictures is during bear days on Aug 22/23. For students that miss those days, there will be a second round once school starts on Sept 12/13.

Being new to the high school, how does this work? Does the student need to get themselves to pictures sometime during the day or is there a designated class time that they go? Thanks.

Good Question! Students can go during their lunch or during designated times that the teacher allows–Teachers have been given a schedule of times that they should release students for photo makeups.

Since i’m in running start full time, when can I come in?

I believe the photographer will be in the multipurpose room all day both days, so whenever is convenient.

Who do we make the check out too? THS or the Studio? I don’t see it on the flyer anywhere.

I’ll have to check on that. I’m the webmaster and I don’t know the answer myself. My guess is the studio.

My son missed orientation, as we were on vacation. We paid for the ASB card online. Does he need to pick up the card and take it when he get his picture taken? If so, where does he get his ASB card.

I believe they get their ASB card with their picture on it when they get their picture taken.

Since I’m full time running start, do I just come in at any time tomorrow to get the picture taken? what room number? and do I turn in the form to the photographer?

Yes you can come in anytime. They are set up in the Multipurpose gym. Form gets turned into the photographer.

    Where is the multipurpose room?

Across from the concession stands next to the main gym.

Okay, I’m confused now. My son was at orientation and had his picture taken for his ASB card, but we didn’t have the form filled out for getting prints as I had understood he could do that on makeup day. Today he was told only those who hadn’t had their picture taken on Bear Days could go get their picture taken, so he didn’t go. Can we turn in the form now and order from his Bear Days picture, or will he have to try to get himself to the photographer on his own time tomorrow? I’m feeling very frustrated as a new parent to the high school; many things seem to be written as if we’ve already been here before rather than from the perspective of someone who has no previous experience with your processes. When our second child gets there, I’m sure we’ll be more comfortable, but for now I’m feeling lost.
