You must have a prior appointment to register and all paperwork must be present. Bring this information with you to the registration appointment:
- Withdrawal form from previous school
- Unofficial transcript
- Immunization Record
- Proof of Address that you live in the Tahoma School District (eg. Utility bill)
- Birth Certificate
- Custody and Control Form if living with someone other than those listed on the birth certificate
